It has been a labor of love getting this little room ready for our girl. I found a nursery with these same elements and had to modify things for our space and budget. I think she will love it! The beautiful flower paintings were courtesy of our friend Elyse. The butterfly mobile is a copy of one from pottery barn kids. We got the crib for free and found the dresser used on craigslist. The little sheep rug is Ikea and the other is Big Lots. The purple mirror basket is flea market spray painted to match her name. The white flower display is from Urban Outfitters of all places. I had the bookcase (Target) and Boyd had the glider (garage sale). Now we have a magical space for our princess!

37-tunnel-bald
No it's not a football play, this is our week. I am considered full-term. Feeling good though not always sleeping the best. I know prep for having to nurse all night.
Rigel had his first of many "forts" built for him though he calls it a "tunnel" and likes to keep the necessary supplies in there- his milk and favorite horse toy.
Lastly my husband got a wild hair and shaved his head BALD! Pun intended I guess. He assures me it will grow back in a couple of weeks. I'd hate to be in labor starring at that. He doesn't really look bad, I just like him with hair more.
Oh and I cut my hair like 5 inches 2 weeks ago but most people haven't noticed- huh?

Gotta watch 'em every second
So I was out back... picking up dog poop and Rigel was running around pointing them out to me. He was getting a little to close to the bombs so I send him to go play on the patio. I turn around and he is sitting in the puddle. I have a choice to make, pick him up and go change his clothes or let him be a kid. I bath was planned anyway so it is splash time!

34 weeks and some stacking
Wow only 6 more weeks until our baby girl comes. I haven't put on extra weight but I think the bump is bigger at this time than it was with Rigel.
Rigel is busy with all his cars, trucks and trains, stacking them in our windows and this morning on his high chair tray. What will he think of next? He learns many words every day and we love to watch him become smarter and smarter.... Boyd is so excited that " he will be cooler than I ever was".
